Established in 1993 by David Beatty, O.B.E., Donald G. Simpson and Dawn Robinson Ralph and led by an Advisory Board the Foundation furthers its mission to encourage society to view the social sector as a leading force in creating healthy communities and improving the quality of life.

The Foundation, sponsored by some of Canada’s largest corporations and nonprofit organizations and the generosity of committed individuals, brings together people who share similar ideas and desire successful outcomes.
