S.G.N.O. - Connelly Project is the documentation of rare and heretofore inaccessible data of some 35,000 names from the period 1892 to 1994, from the oldest funeral home in Western Canada. The estimated length of the project consists of 5,000 hours, which started in February, 1995 with one data entry person and two people to verify and correct information.
The entire project is done by a volunteer and costs include computer supplies and administrative costs. The final data will include the name of deceased person, date of death, age, next-of-kin, locale, parents, priest or clergy member, where buried and costs of funeral, as well as cause of death.
