Work On Track is an innovative, international award-winning vocational service program, designed with and for people with psychiatric histories who identify themselves as survivors. The program was developed in response to the previously un-addressed needs of Toronto's psychiatric population.
Individuals with mental health or psychiatric difficulties need practical skills such as how to get along with employers and co-workers, how to balance the demands of personal and work life while struggling with their mental health issues and how to find and keep a job.
Work On Track receives funding under contract with the government of Canada's Human Resources Development Department and is supported by The Municipality of Metropolitan Toronto and Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology.
